At the artist’s request, the organizer will provide transport to and from the airport or train station, to and from the hotel or venue. The vehicle will be large enough to accommodate the artist and her equipment.
A venue employee/sound engineer will install the PA system before the artists’arrival, and adjust and monitor the sound.
Power Amplification circuit, stereo, professional quality, clear undistorted sound (35 Hz to 16 kHz, +/- 3 dB). Preferred systems: Meyer, L-Acoustic, d&b Audio, PSI, Nexo. Speakers should be set at a proper height and angle for optimal sound distribution throughout the venue. The sound and lighting boards should be aligned with the center of the stage, nomore than 20 yards away.
F.O.H. – FRONT OF HOUSE
1 x mixing board 16/4/2 (Yamaha, Midas, Soundcraft, Amek) with at least 4 channels and 4 phantom power buttons (48V)
1 x 31 band stereo EQ (BSS, Apex, Klark Technics)
2 x reverbs (Lexicon PCM 70, Yamaha SPX 990, T.C. Electronic)
10 x compressors/limiters (BSS DPR-402)
Each monitor should be equipped with a 31 band EQ. Two separate monitors: one for the piano; one for the guitar.

a) 1 x acoustic piano, the quality of which is equal or superior to a Yamaha C7 or C5. The piano should be tuned at the venue, following the sound check, with a piano tuner on hand during the performance.

The performance space will be comfortably heated or air conditioned and made available for sound checks and rehearsal before the concert, as agreed with the artist. The organizer will provide water for the artist during the show.
The organizer will provide a safe, comfortable space to store the artist’s equipment and personal affairs during the performance, as well as a mirror and bathroom access.
MEALS AND ACCOMMODATION
The organizer will provide a hot meal (with vegetarian options) and/or accommodation (one quiet room, three-star hotel minimum) as agreed beforehand with the artist.
Please inform the artist if an opening or closing act is set to precede or follow the concert. Please provide information on alternative solutions if the performance cannot take place due to inclement weather.
