VOCAL + GUITAR DUO TECH SHEET

PERSONNEL

A venue employee/sound engineer will install the PA system before the artists’ arrival, and adjust and monitor the sound.

PA SYSTEM

Power Amplification circuit, stereo, professional quality, clear undistorted sound (35 Hz to 16 kHz, +/- 3 dB). Preferred systems: Meyer, L-Acoustic, d&b Audio, PSI, Nexo. Speakers should be set at a proper height and angle for optimal sound distribution throughout the venue.

MONITORS

Each monitor should be equipped with a 31 band EQ. Two separate monitors: one for vocals; one for guitar. In smaller venues the PA speakers can be positioned for use as monitors.

VOCALS

1 x microphone (i.e. Sennheiser) 1 x microphone stand with flexible clip 1 x reverb 1 x monitor 1 x tall bar stool

GUITAR

1 x condenser microphone (i.e. Schoeps) 1 x microphone stand 1 x monitor 1 x chair (no arms)

PERFORMANCE SPACE

The performance space will be comfortably heated or air conditioned and made available for sound checks and rehearsal before the concert, as agreed with the artists. The organizer will provide water for the artists during the show.

DRESSING ROOM

The organizer will provide a safe, comfortable space to store the artists’ equipment and personal affairs during the performance, as well as a mirror and bathroom access.

MEALS AND ACCOMMODATION

The organizer will provide a hot meal (with vegetarian options) and/or accommodation (2 x quiet rooms) as agreed beforehand with the artists.

MISCELLANEOUS

Please inform the artists if an opening or closing act is set to precede or follow the concert. Please provide information on alternative solutions if the performance cannot take place due to inclement weather.

STAGE SETUP

Minimum surface area: 5 yards wide x 3 yards deep

Setup: 1 hour / Sound check: 30 minutes
